“Its taken me ages to write this review, simply because I’m struggling to describe such a perfect experience.

The service from Ian and the team was amazing from start to finish. After having some really bad experiences with workmen, this was a refreshing change.

I reached out to about a dozen companies through compare sites for a garage conversion and extension and it was weird how very few got back to me with quotes after seeing the job. I found it unprofessional how they didn’t even bother to let us know if they could do the job or were interested. I was a bit skeptical when Ian came back with his quote as he was the last to look at the job but one of the only proper quotes we had really. The quote was highly detailed and stood out next to the rest for being so thorough and very clear. I’m so glad it turned out the way it did.

The job was finished ahead of time, and before baby no 2 arrived!  The team are all amazing, from the two Dave’s to the rest of the team.  I don’t want to make this too long!

Sapphire’s customer service is like no other service I have experienced anywhere and its going to take a lot to top it! Even when the jobs done, Ian made sure we were happy and everything was OK long afterwards and we are still in contact.
