We have developed a bespoke lightweight roofing system that we produce in-house and is made to measure exactly to your requirements.  We have worked in conjunction with a reputable building control company to design our roof to meet the required aspects of building control to make us one of very few companies that can work within building regulations.

The first step in converting your conservatory roof is to assess the structural integrity of your existing conservatory for suitability, this is a critical step because solid conservatory roofs are typically heavier than polycarbonate or glass roofs, and as such all surveys are carried out personally by company owner Ian Smith who can then provide you with a free quotation once suitability is established.

Our solid roof conversion includes completely removing the existing roof and building a bespoke lightweight, solid, insulated roof as a replacement, we DO NOT overboard existing conservatory roofs.  We use Tapco lightweight synthetic tiles which look authentic and are available in a range of colour and styles and are currently guaranteed by Tapco for 40 years.
